ICH5/ICH6 are basically the same thing with these device ID's: case 0x25a38086: /* Intel 6300ESB SATA */ case 0x25b08086: /* Intel 6300ESB SATA RAID */ These SATA parts have the same registers and all from what I've experienced and tests.
