I know that, but DEVFS create _only_ /dev/da0  :-(

I can access photo (read/delete/shot) using photo camera, so I think
that CF is working.
And even on a not partitioned media, dd should work (I think).

# dd if=/dev/da0 | hd
0+0 records in

0 bytes transferred in 0.010928 secs (0 bytes/sec)

No.  Nothing but attach/detach device.
