You are expected to use "cvsup" to track -current, and then
use CVS to update.  It's kind of implicit.

FWIW, I track -current, and I only read cvs-all from the list
archives if I end up having some sort of problem with it, or
if I need entertainment, so it's not a hard requirement.  But
it's definitely a good idea to look where some constant was,
and read the logs, if it goes away on you, before posting to
the list complaining about it going away.  8-).
