static int complained = 6;

if (complained-- ) {
	printf ("process (PID %d) Use static LDT allocation.\n",
	     td->td_proc->p_pid);
	printf ("man i386_set_ldt for more information\n");
}

and fix the man paget to indicate that static alloacation
is frowned upon.

We should however allow it to succeed if it doesn't collide
with LUDATA or LUCODE I think.
(if they are set)
