NOCLEAN

Hi,

Are there any known issues about setting NOCLEAN from make.conf? I'm 
tracking 5.2-BETA and waiting 2 hours every single time on the make 
world/kernel dance isn't even funny. Isn't the make infrastructure 
mature enough to figure out all the dependencies?
