He doesnt have to go to M$.
I believe that M$ has a lot of stuff from open source software anyway. 
They just rebrand it. This explains why many years ago winnuke for 
windows 95 was also effecting linux :) Didnt you watch the movie 
'Antithrust' ? :)))
