I run a nice 20 dnetc client, and it is interfering with the ability to play movies with mplayer at nice -10. The movie plays in spurts, as if it is still relinquishing the CPU to dnetc for fractions of a second. Killing dnetc restores mplayer performance. This is not a problem with SCHED_4BSD. Kris
