Thought I would give libKSE a try making use of the 'libmap.conf' library translations. KDE loads fine, but when I tried to run Firebird I get a process with 3 threads, and it is completely unkillable. It also is holding some kind of lock on it's own directory that has caused a couple of ls's to hang unkillable in lstat(): [morganw_at_catalyst:/usr/X11R6/lib/firebird/lib$]: ls ^C^C^Z^Z^Z^C^C^Z^C^Z^C^Z The offending threads are: 887 morganw -4 0 39120K 30972K ufs 0:02 0.00% 0.00% MozillaFirebi 887 morganw 76 0 39120K 30972K WAIT 0:02 0.00% 0.00% MozillaFirebi 887 morganw -8 0 39120K 30972K RUN 0:02 0.00% 0.00% MozillaFirebi Kernel has ddb in it and I'll leave the processes running as they don't seem to be causing any harm so if there is any information I can provide to help debug, let me know. Truss/strace/ktrace produce no output. -- Hi! I'm a .signature virus! Copy me into your ~/.signature to help me spread!Received on Tue Jun 24 2003 - 07:45:19 UTC
