Double panic -- KSE and /dev/null???

The /dev/null panic was masked by the KSE panic, unfortunately. All I 
have is the message:

panic: No strategy on dev null responsible for buffer 0xc78084f8

phk, I'm cc'ing you because I'm not sure if this is related to your 
devfs work or not. You'll note I did *b*cc you, so you won't receive 
follow ups. :-)

Likewise, mark, /dev/null seems to be yours. :-)

Now, as for the KSE panic, which I have noticed has the pronounced 
tendency of appearing when dumping core, here it is:
