This problem only happens after the first suspend and only when the USB module is loaded, but a similar to my sleep_delay (http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/ query-pr.cgi?pr=56394) problem, the system always suspends once ok, but subsequent with both USB(only when being accessed) and sleep_delay cause reboots. Setting debug.acpi.avoid to USB_ didn't make any difference.
