Incidentally I built -current and no issues. Unforutnately I snipped the
dmesg so I couldn't see if the chips match up.

This is what my soyo is detecting as:

usb0: <VIA 83C572 USB controller> on uhci0
ehci0: <EHCI (generic) USB 2.0 controller> mem 0xe4100000-0xe41000ff irq
10 at device 16.3 on pci0
