I got this message while copying some files from my
windows box (via samba) to my FreeBSD box.  The files
were going to ad4/ad6 (vinum raid).  All I did was
cvsup src and ports during the copy and also, after
the cvsup was done, installed apache2.

the only difference between GENERIC and my config is I
removed all cpu except for I686 and changed the ident.
 I attached my dmesg and config.

I also have another problem with my ad4 and ad6 drives
(the ones that are part of the vinum raid).  If I
leave DMA on, i can only copy about 30-50M of data
before i get timeouts and the machine locks up and I
have to do a reset.  Let me know if you need anymore
info (boot -v), or you need access to the machine.
