IRQ routing problem

I just replaced an Adaptec 19160 with a dual-channel 39160 in this Asus CUBX
based system, and now I am seeing these messages (besides the system
responding in a jumpy fashion, which makes sense):

The 19160 was using irq 11, the 39160 is now using both 11 and 4. Apparently
this is part of the problem.

This is with today's kernel:

dmesg output attached. I already disabled COM1 in the BIOS, to no avail.

What could be wrong?
