CTM broke - last available Delta was April 19, please fix ASAP

I just opened a PR/misc on this.
All FTP sites including
ftp.vmunix.org are showing the
last delta available was on
April 19 or earlier. 
No e-mails coming in, either,
since then.

Please fix ASAP.
