Re: no console in single user at boot time !

found it, it was... hint.sio.0.flags="0x20030" instead of
hint.sio.0.flags="0x20010" in device.hints.
don't remember why I change this during the last update ! but, it was a mistake.

could someone close PR#65944 ?
