I'd imagine it would be of a similar vintage to the latest Linux driver, so it 
should support newer cards like that.

The linux driver is at 61.06, the win32 driver 61.77. The notes for the linux 
driver say it adds support for the 6800, so I imagine the 5700 is supported.
