installworld problem

ERROR: Required proxy user is missing, see /usr/src/UPDATING.

I have run mergemaster -a (as i unf dont have the time to run mergemaster -p) 
and the so called proxy user is still missing.

I am relatively new to BSD and am unsure of exactly what to do.
