I'm not aware of any projects to implement this on FreeBSD.

It seems to work for most cases. Note the restrictions under WRITING on
the mount_ntfs(8) manpage.

Unfortunately filesystems don't port from Linux that easily. While perhaps
useful for reference data, most of the code would have to be reimplemented
for our kernel API.
