You'll need to provide more information than this for a proper diagnosis:
- Kernel config is GENERIC? Custom?
- Can you reproduce this panic with kernel debugging options turned on?
- SMP system?
- Stack trace?
- Crash dump?
- dmesg?
- Contents of /boot/loader.conf?
