I wrote a replacement manpage that summarized the math library in a
similar way to how stdio(3) summarizes stdio. It's attached to PR
bin/35070. I seem to remember you objecting to the removal of some
of the VAX-specific details and not replacing them with an equally
detailed description of IEEE FP, but I've lost the mail.
