I tried just to do that. I stared at colldef/de_DE.ISO8895-15.src without
getting it. But, never mind, I'm not an expert in this area, just wondered
why Solaris (which, according to a collegue of mine, is very good on
working in different locales) is different from FreeBSD in this area. Of
course, using [:lower:] [:upper:] seems to be the better way.
