I did. I guess I'll need more time to actually do some useful comparison 
between glibc and our definitions, but I noticed one other pecularity: 
src/share/colldef/de_DE.ISO8859-15.src is basically the same for both 
RELENG_4 and RELENG_5 (different branches, but no diff) - yet in FreeBSD 4.9, 
router _is_ translated to ROUTER with the same locale...
