Hello Soren,

I boot successfully with 5.2 RC2 :

ad1: 38166MB <WDC WD400BB-00DEA0> [77545/16/63] at ata0-slave UDMA100
ata1-slave: WARNING - SETFEATURES recovered from missing interrupt
acd0: DVDROM <JLMS DVD-ROM LTD-166S> at ata1-master PIO4
acd1: CDRW <LITE-ON LTR-48246S> at ata1-slave PIO4

With the latest build (GENERIC Jan 29 2004) my box hangs at boot
giving again :
ata1-slave : TIMEOUT - SETFEATURES SET TRANSFER MODE retrying (0 retries left)
ata1-slave : TIMEOUT - SETFEATURES SET TRANSFER MODE retrying (0 retries left)

When I disconnect the cd burner it works correctly.

Thanks,

Hugues.
