I wrote done this (from last crash - before update)
panic: sbflush cc 64 || mb 0 || mbcnt 0
at line 867 in file uipc_socket2.c

trace:
sbflush
sbrelease
sorflush
soshutdown
shutdown
syscall

I am cvsuping and compiling kernel now.. so I'll provide more info
