amd64 system cannot find SATA disk

I have an amd64 system with SiL3114 sata controller and Seagate 7200.7 SATA
disk.
Before update new ata driver, System worked well (SATA disk was detected as
ad4.).
But, new ata driver cannot detect SATA disk...

What can I do to solve this problem?
