Panic after disc syncing on shutdown -p (FreeBSD 5.2.1)

Hello,

I'm getting the following panic on a P5MVP3/A3 based machine (Bios
2.0SL)

The panic happened with 4.9-RELEASE and an older bios release (1.3SL)
too.

Any idea ?
