PR 62094?? (3com 3c940 gig-e card and dhclient)

I was wondering if anyone was working on this PR:

It was filed Thu Jan 29th, 2004, and it doesn't look like anyone has even looked
at it (Responsible is still freebsd-bugs_at_FreeBSD.org). I'm not the only one
with this problem, and it appears to be a long-standing problem.
