See the attached kernel config (TRAITOR) plus output of mptable, acpidump and
pciconf.
No other modules are being loaded. Currently unless I disable acpi.ko the
system hits a trap 12 in `ahc_recovery_thread + 0x7a: movl $0, 0x2c(%eax)'
(where $eax is 0) right after the `Timecounters tick ...' message; without
acpi.ko loaded the system freezes shortly before the login prompt. The trace:
