Reboot or freeze with nv0 driver and RC2

Bonjour,

Yesterday, I installed the new kernel, and reinstalled the drivers nvidia  
(/net/nvidia make deinstall && make install).
With the Boot, with the loading of these drivers, reboot.
  I thus did this:
boot kernel.old
delete # if_nv_load="YES" of /boot/loader.conf reboot without problem
But the load of the drivers nvidia kldload if_nv :  freeze.
The nvidia network drivers conflicts with another device?

My Hardware: AMD Barton 2600+
Motherboard NForce2 Ultra 400
Network NVidia nv0
Hard Drive IDE..
Keyboard and mouse PS2.
Graphic card: Ati Radeon 9600XT.
