TTYDEF_LFLAG have ECHO* in it for years, and it is user-visible, some programs may use it (see recent stty/key.c hacking). Why it was needed to remove ECHO* from here just to make yet one non-standard, non cross-BSD compatible and unknown TTYDEF_LFLAG_ECHO?
