HEADS UP! RELENG_5 and 6-CURRENT are broken

All,

An unfortunate lasp in judgement happened a few hours ago and some
untested commits were made to both RELENG_5 and HEAD that result in
both branches being upbootable.  I'm going to correct that now, and
will hopefully be done in about 30-45 minutes.
