NDIS issue - kern/71449

Hello.

	People, do you know, that RELENG_5 and HEAD kernel is not compilable if 
someone will try to make his 802.11 adapter work and follow instructions 
on ndis(4) manpage?
	I confirm kernel breakage and the patch in PR fixes it. Could someone 
with commit bit (wpaul preferrable :) review/commit it?
