no, i was unable to.  heck, my laptop, also current, froze up
today and i was unable to break from a real keyboard.

but additional info; an rdump was happening, and this happened
previously with an rdump.

so, i can probably lock it up again by doing the rdump.  but
how should i wire it for sound before lighting the fuse?
