On my dual xeon desktop, cpuid reports on APIC ID 6 only (The AP); which seems to indicate that it reports only on the first processor it finds. Unfortunately, the program doesn't make use of any command line args which could enable alternate behavior. I guess someone should bug the author to fix this.
