cd src/usr.sbin/wpa
make -DENABLE_WPA_SUPPLICANT_EAPOL
make -DENABLE_WPA_SUPPLICANT_EAPOL install

ought to do it.  You'll rebuild hostapd in addition to wpa_supplicant
and wpa_cli, but that shouldn't hurt much.
