panic during install of BETA2, with trace

Sorry if this message appears twice, the first time I had te wrong email 
address.

I get a panic during install, with BETA2. Just a standard install from cd, 
in VMWare.
I get thrown in the debug prompt; here's a trace: (didn't know what else to 
do)

It is entirely repeatable, so if there's some info needed, i'll gladly 
provide it. (checksum of the ISO was OK)
