hi there,

FreeBSD cerberus.xxx.xx 6.0-BETA3 FreeBSD 6.0-BETA3 #0: Tue Aug 30
14:35:20 EST 2005
root_at_cerberus.xxx.xxx:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC amd64

(dual amd64, 4 x SATA)

cvsuped a few hours ago with

--standard-supfile--
*default host=cvsup.au.FreeBSD.org
*default base=/var/db
*default prefix=/usr
*default release=cvs tag=RELENG_6
*default delete use-rel-suffix
*default compress
src-all
--

If I follow the steps to make buildworld from the handbook ( section
20.4.1), it just stalls, does nothing. ktrace attached to 3 of the make
processes spawned didnt show any activity.

It worked fine if I did:

cd /usr/src/usr.sbin/mergemaster; ./mergemaster.sh -p
cd /usr/obj ; chflags -R noschg *; rm -rf *
cd /usr/src ; make -j3 buildworld

Am I doing something wrong? missing something? should I file a PR?

cheers,
Beto
