/me too on a IBM X41, pciconf -lv and -rb 0x0000:0x00ff for both instances 
attached.  As well, only 0x01 capability set.

Without checking, AGP attaches nicely and drm seems to work well (at least 
glclock's benchclock shows significant speed up [for some tests]).
