Tftp slowness

Trying to understand the relative slowness of FreeBSD tftp client and
server compared to other implementations, I found this PR:

Basically, it adds support for the missing tftp blocksize option.

It would be nice if the patch in the PR could be commited; it has been
open since june 2004...
