Hi, i tried your patch on my IBM Thinkpad T41p. Unfortunately it doesn't work very well. But I would like it to do so I offer my help. ;-) 1. If I put acpi_perf_load="YES" before cpufreq_load="YES" in my loader.conf everything boots fine. If I change the order and cpufreq_load is first, my kernel crashes.
