Kernel crashed when writing data from IDE to a SCSI card.

Hi,

I m running FreeBSD 5.3 stable, with an Adaptec card and 2 SCSI Quantum 
hard drives installed in the system.
When I tried to copy the whole directory from the IDE disk to one of the 
Quantum hard disc, the kernel shows alow of message on the screen, these

Then the system is halted few minutes later.
Can anyone please tell me how to fix this error?
