fxp LOR and nvidia-driver (vga) doesn't compile

Dear best boys,

writing on my emergency machine I can't check if this LOR is well known, 
to be sure I'd like to post it, please see the attachment.
Then I have a problem with the nvidia-driver, it doesn't compile on my 
-current from yesterday. It stops with the following error:
