   They are TX rate control algorithms which used to find a proper
transmission rate for data frames.  There are also some references 
in the code comment which may be useful if you're interested in
how they works.

   BTW, according to http://www.pdos.lcs.mit.edu/papers/jbicket-ms.ps,
the forthcoming SampleRate algorithm would outperform amrr and onoe.
