i also get a 'lock order reversal' but already at boot time.
i'm using the bfe driver from the sources of  Fri Mar 18 03:06:05 CET 2005

i also get a page fault when i try to connect to a pptpserver using mpd...
(ehm.. excuse my stupid question... is that errormessage/backtrace saved
somewhere so i can post it here?)
