panic in RELENG_5 em(4) driver

Hi,

I know this list should not be used for RELENG_5 related problems, but
given this seems to be a panic introduced in recent em(4) driver changes
(my previous 5.3 kernel worked like a charm), I thought this would be
more judicious to post on -current_at_.
