Hmm, my main WS is using its ICH6 just fine with this, so something must 
be different on your system. I need full details, verbose booted dmesg 
from just before the 4 changed ata-* files below, and from a -current 
kernel from today, also make and model of motherboard etc would be nice 
if I need to get HW to reproduce.
