I am working on this; the only problem is that the only device with
nForce ethernet in my room is an Xbox that appears to have some problems
with correctly mapping the PCI device to memory.

All registers I read contain a simular value; I did a quick hack of my
work to OpenBIOS code to see if it was FreeBSD-specific and I got the
same results :(

I shall try to get an nForce-ethernet-enabled motherboard so I can look
further in this. The code is now collecting dust as it cannot find a
viable PHY to attach to :-(
