What do you have configured in dvd::rip as the "DVD device" and "DVD
mount point"?

While it seems wrong, to get it to work I ended up pointing both to the
mount point I use for ripping (~/dvd). If you are mounting it on /cdrom,
than try just putting that in both fields and see if it works.
