SATA harddisk not recognized by 6.0-BETAx / 7-current

Hi,

i have a problem booting the FreeBSD 6.0 BETAs and 7.0-CURRENT from today,
because none of these recognize my SATA harddisk. FreeBSD 5.4 does recognize
the disk. A verbose boot log is on 
http://www2-data.informatik.unibw-muenchen.de/People/lutz/boot.log.
Any idea whats going wrong with the newer versions?
