I too tried booting FreeBSD 6.0 on a 2.0Ghz Macbook Pro with 1GB RAM
I get the following


CD Loader 1.2

Building the boot loader arguments
Looking up /BOOT/LOADER... Found
_




the cursor at the end is blinkin so fast. There isnt any activity.
At least thats what I feel.
